Hey, you, fuck off if you don't belong here. This (was) a secret co-ed fraternity of Columbia University. No, well, actually it was a scam to raise money to throw keg parties, buy games, steal cable TV, and get the cheapest housing on campus where holes in the walls, zebra paint schemes, red rooms, smoking, and hell, even full-on FIRES were allowed.
